Our service begins with sourcing the most suitable tenant; we market properties to let through our branch network, in the press and online, accompanying viewings and obtaining references and keeping landlords in the loop at every step. We’ll arrange check-in and check-out inventories, produce tenancy agreements and then, when your new tenant is in, we can collect rent and manage repairs on your behalf if required.
Tenant Find service
Our service begins with giving you’re a free market appraisal for your property and sourcing the most suitable tenant by we marketing properties to let to prospective tenants through our branch network, in the press and online, accompanying viewings and keeping landlords in the loop at every step. We’ll negotiate tenancy terms, referencing, prepare the tenancy agreement and standing order manadate, collect the initial rent and deposit and set up all utility transactions. Naturally, we’ll arrange check-in and check-out inventories on your behalf and arrange renewals of tenancy agreements whenever necessary.
If you have a rental property or a portfolio of rental units that you’d like us to manage on your behalf, our cost-effective, fully managed lettings service is for you. Our property management team will act on your behalf, discreetly yet professionally to monitor your property, deal with maintenance issues, arrange Portable Appliance Testing and renewal of Gas Safety records and supply emergency contact numbers to tenants. We’ll also organise interim property visits to give you a general assessment on the condition and décor of your property to give you absolute peace of mind throughout the tenancy period.
Rent processing and collection service
As part of our services for landlords, Aspire can process rent collections by standing order and arrange monthly transfers to landlord accounts. In the unlikely event that rents are delayed, we’ll resolve the matter with the tenant promptly and take steps to ensure future payments are made on time or, in the case of serious arrears, we’ll serve relevant possession notices on your behalf.

Tenant Application Fees
Please see the breakdown below that provides you with clarity of fees that are payable when you are looking to secure a tenancy on a property that we have marketed as being available.
These fees are additional to any rent and deposit that is due under a Tenancy Agreement.
All costs below are inclusive of VAT. Please note such fees are negotiable as we take every individual case on its own merits.
- Tenant Referencing Check Fee: £125 per person
- Administration costs relating to the Tenancy (including drawing up the contracts, providing the relevant documents, negotiating the agreement) £125 per person
- Guarantor Referencing Check Fee: £60 per guarantor
- Renewal of Tenancy Agreement: £60 (per property as opposed to per person)
